The Role
- Acting as legal Company Secretary for the UK board, you will support functional heads to drive profitable
growth for the business.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve accurate reporting and data analysis in line with business and
group expectations.
- Prepare Annual Reports and other returns in accordance with IFRS and other legislative requirements.
- Manage all operational aspects of Finance and IT, directing tight financial controls, procedures and practices
in the business to support legal and corporate requirements.
The Person
- A graduate and professionally trained, you will be able to demonstrate a proven record of success gained in a
similar capacity, preferably within a complex, multinational operating environment.
- You should possess a strong accounting background together with a progressive, business focused approach and
the commercial instincts to succeed in this challenging environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills combined with a pragmatic and people focused approach will be the
key to success in this role.
