Job description
Our client is a domiciliary healthcare provider with private equity backing, looking to hire an entrepreneurial, driven and experienced Finance Director. Heading up a small team, this role demands leadership qualities, as well as having the weight of personality to report directly to the Management Board and private equity backers. You will be expected to drive forward strategic initiatives to further expand operations, whilst concurrently building the Finance team. This role will allow you to review current reporting process and controls, treasury and tax strategies, as well as systems implementation and refinement. Applicants must have experience working in a multi-site company; with domiciliary healthcare an advantage. Successful candidates will have systems, logistics or acquisitions experience, with previous exposure to private equity a benefit. It is a prerequisite that applicants be ACA qualified.
