Job description
This new appointed Board role is a pivotal position within this well established and cash generative company as the successful candidate will lead a new period of strategic and rapid organic expansion Responsibilities: to manage a well developed team to develop strong financial controls and maximise return on capital during a period of high growth; to improve and revitalise management reporting including budgeting and cash forecasting; to lead commercial decision-making and build strong and effective relationships across Division and Group ensuring ‘buy in’ across the business. The person: experienced qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with extensive commercial exposure and experience of working within a growing company; excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to influence and lead non-finance colleagues; experienced Manager – willing and able to develop team members.
