Job description

We are currently working with an SME Construction company in Nottinghamshire which requires a Finance Director to join the business to take full responsibility for the Finance department. You will be responsible for monthly P&L, group & board reporting with full involvement in daily cash flow management and working capital plus the monthly accounting schedule. The successful applicant will sit at board level and will operate in a role that is both technical and commercial. Please apply for this role if you are a fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Accountant with experience of working within construction or engineering industries. In-depth experience of project/job costing, managing commercial risk and working capital are desirable attributes. You will need to be technically competent but commercially aware with a proven track record in working successfully with Operations and Commercial teams.
