Job description
This private equity business based in Oxford is looking for a strong Finance Director from a private equity background. The ideal candidate will be working for a PE firm in London and want a better work life balance in Oxford, for a high calibre firm. The role will involve supervision of the Custody/Dealing team, management account preparation, statutory account preparation, company secretarial duties, also there is going to be some acquisition work.
