Job description
Our client is a £20Million turnover growing national Business Services business, Private Equity backed, and they are now seeking an experienced Finance Director to work circa 2 days per week to provide an overview of the finance function, increased commercial analysis of the business and input to the strategy of the business going forward. The business has a competent day to day finance function but wants to use the appointment to add high level input to the direction of the business. The role reports to the MD and they require an experienced Finance Director with a hands-on approach. Key responsibilities of this role will include: managing the external reporting and stakeholder relationships; providing robust financial management to aid commercial decision making. You must be a commercially astute ideally qualified accountant with prior Finance Director experience, ideally gained in a Business Services/B2B environment. This is a high profile role and you will require excellent communications skills, and broad finance leadership and management experience. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
