You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with an immaculate track record operating at Director level in a changing and growing SME environment or possibly could be coming from an FMCG/Retail business where you have been involved in strategy. My client is privately owned and you will be able to engage with people at all levels and have the business' interests at heart, a real passion for this sector is essential. My client is currently turning over somewhere in the region of £11m and has realistic plans to grow and take market share in the short-medium term. An excellent salary and benefits and a wonderful opportunity to help shape the future of this exciting business are on offer. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
