Job description
Our client is private equity fund that seeks an experienced interim Finance Director to assist them in exiting from one of their investments. The investment has proved successful and has performed to expectation however the existing management team does not have expertise in M&A. Therefore a high calibre FD who has worked in the mid-market is required to support both management and PE house on exit. Candidates will be experienced interim Managers who have got significant M&A experience that has been gained in working with mid-market private equity firms. Prior to being an interim Manager candidates will have enjoyed successful careers as Finance Directors ideally within business-to-business services.
