Job description
Our client is a private equity backed SME with a strong entrepreneurial feel. They are currently looking to hire a Finance Director to work closely with the Senior Management team. Duties will include: preparation and presentation of statutory and management accounts; presenting monthly/annual forecasts to the board; managing relationship with banks and investors and daily supervision of a small Finance team. Given the size and nature of this business you must have the ability and mindset to take a ‘hands-on’ approach to finance whilst being able to add value on a commercial and strategic level. This is a tight knit business with a flat structure and as such you must have excellent relationship management skills. The role itself provides the opportunity to join a well-funded business as the No. 1 in finance. You will have the chance to work with an impressive management team and their advisers.
