Job description

A Finance Director is required to provide the strategic financial guidance and advice to the Board and Senior Management team of this well-known charity. You will be able to demonstrate a background of leading Finance teams ensuring presentation of regular, timely and accurate financial management information and accounts to internal and external bodies. The successful candidate must be fully qualified ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIPFA (or equivalent) and will ideally have significant experience within the housing/property sector. Exposure to the housing sector will be a major advantage. Applicants must have strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels. Our client is a well-known name in the Housing sector. They are currently restructuring the Finance team and this position is a key piece in the jigsaw. In light of this, they are expecting to recruit a very high calibre individual with the capacity to provide leadership within the Finance team and wider organisation. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
