This position is very varied and has split responsibilities between finance and the operational/commercial areas of the business. The main purpose of the role is to take responsibility for all aspects of the Group Finance Function together with playing a wider operational role in the business, supporting members of the executive team to execute a range of corporate objectives required by the CEO. Other key duties consist of: business and financial strategy; shareholder liaison and reporting; preparing and presenting monthly management information; acquisition target analysis and business case preparation; staff management. The successful candidate will be fully qualified and ideally possess previous experience of working within facilities management or a similar type of environment. You need to be technically able and strategically minded, with the ability to be proactive in the analysis and re-engineering of existing processes and analysing the feasibility of new company initiatives. You will work closely with the senior management team to drive company performance and profitability and will sit at the centre of the business as it grows. Exemplary commercial and leadership skills are imperative, whilst experience of acquisition, in particular the subsequent integration, would prove to be extremely advantageous.
