Job description
An exceptional opportunity for a Finance Director has arisen with a VC backed SME based in Surrey. With an envious client base of leading brands across the UK, the organisation is continuing to grow & develop which has led to the requirement of a hands-on FD. Reporting to the CEO and part of the Leadership team, responsibilities will include: leading, managing and developing Finance team; closely manage the company's cash flow in a proactive manner; maintaining internal control environment to ensure smooth year end audit reviews; review business/key site performance with relevant Operational Managers; analysing and challenging the group's performance; managing key relationships with External Advisors and VC Backers. Suitable candidates will hold a recognised accountancy qualification with strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. Experience of having worked in a VC backed, multi-site environment would be advantageous.
