Job description

A Finance Director required is to manage the UK subsidiary of an international Manufacturing company in south Warwickshire. Reporting to the site General Manager and with a dotted line to their parent company, you will ultimately be responsible for driving business performance and ensuring they achieve short, medium and long-term commercial objectives. The successful candidate will have demonstrable commercial experience in an equivalent No.1 role - specifically in the manufacturing sector. Candidates must be ACA, ACCA, ACMA qualified and priority will be given to applicants with specific industry experience. Despite a difficult economic climate, the last 12 months have proved highly successful and with a healthy order-book and struggling competition, our client's future looks positive. They can offer opportunities on a local or international level for flexible candidates, in finance and operational roles. Finally this opportunity also comes with a highly attractive (and achievable) bonus structure in addition to a strong all-round benefits package.
