My client is a leading FMCG manufacturer & part of an international group. It is a highly regarded business with strong brands and significant market share plus an excellent reputation for innovation and quality.
Job
Importantly you will be a central point of contact for many external customers & suppliers as well as the group and in addition you will be expected to act as advisor & key support to the CEO in customer (retailer) negotiations.
Candidate
The business wishes to appoint an individual who possesses first class financial skills & appropriate qualifications to operate at this level (graduate or equivalent and ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Ideally they would like someone with experience gained within an international FMCG manufacturing organisation.
In addition you should be able to demonstrate:

- Exceptional leadership & management capabilities.
- A confidential, discreet & trustworthy nature.
- Strength of character but with the ability to achieve objectives through influence rather than confrontation.

- Strong presentation skills & the ability to disseminate complex information to a wide audience.
- Awareness of the importance of Corporate Governance & appropriate Financial Accounting Standards.
- Wider strategic business thinking in order to provide advice on acquisitions/partnerships.
