Job description

Advantage Professional is currently recruiting for an interim Finance Director for a Manufacturing organisation based in Yorkshire. This is initially for a period of 3 - 6 months. Working closely with the MD of the business as an experienced Finance Director you will be responsible for: all financial control, reporting and accounts; supporting the Senior Management team in all aspects of commercial and operational performance; strong people management leadership of running a Finance function; setting the budget and forecasting for the next 3 years; lead Project teams to improve process improvement and efficiencies. As a qualified experience Finance Director you will have a technical background in the running of the full finance function from control and setting the budgets and forecasts. Strong manufacturing or production industry experience would be preferred. You will be working with key internal stakeholders and need to influence change and lead projects to upgrade the current processes, therefore proven project and change management skills would be viewed positively. This is an interim position that potentially could become permanent and is accessible from the main cities within Yorkshire: Sheffield, Leeds, Bradford or Wakefield. This role is paying between £300 & £450 per day on a limited company basis.
