Job description
Robert Half International is working exclusively with an ambitious and fast growing group to recruit a UK Finance Director. This position has arisen due to some impressive results and would therefore suit someone who is looking to be apart of an ambitious SME organisation. The successful Finance Director will take full responsibility for the commercial and technical elements of the business. The key will be to ensure financial control whilst commercial assisting the business in achieving its ambitions plans. Reporting directly into the CEO this vacancy is exciting, challenging and exceptionally varied. The successful Finance Director will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have a strong track record in driving growth and implementing process improvement. This organisation has a very strong brand and is operating exceptionally well is a relatively niche and buoyant market. As an opportunity this could suit someone who is looking to step up into a SME number one role or someone who is looking to make a sideways step. The key responsibilities will include managing the existing Finance team, implementing financial controls, improving the management information and KPI analysis, management of the financial systems and audit relationships, commercially support the board on new business cases and growth opportunities. This is very much an all encompassing Finance Director position that would suit someone who enjoys managing business relationships and making key decisions.
