Job description
Our client is a highly successful and profitable manufacturing subsidiary of an international PLC. As a result of an internal promotion, they now need to recruit a first-class Finance Director to help them on the next stage of their very successful growth strategy. Candidates must: have extensive manufacturing experience in a business of more than £30m; have very strong systems experience as the client is looking to upgrade their current setup; have very strong communication and commercial skills; ideally have some international exposure; live locally; be able to establish a strong working relationship with both the local MD and the group CFO; ideally have some construction/contracting experience as well.
