Job description
RattrayParkin is currently supporting the recruitment requirements of a successful and dynamic Manufacturing group who is currently seeking a high calibre Finance Director to take a key role within one of its major divisions. To be considered for this position candidates will be have previous experience gained within a standard costing based manufacturing environment and will be able to demonstrate previous achievements in improving profitability through process improvement and cost reduction. Previous experience of managing complex, multi-site management reporting would also be advantageous. This is a hands-on position within a dynamic environment and as such requires a highly motivated and energetic individual with the ability to lead from the front and inspire a team to produce optimum results.
