Job description
My client, a leading business Consultancy in the West End, is looking for a Finance Graduate to join its growing Finance team. The main function of the role is to provide financial administrative support to the FCs and Finance Manager of the company. Responsibilities include: raising and dispatching sales invoices and processing Consultant time sheets and invoices on a timely basis, reconciling/matching these as required on the system; raising credit notes where required gaining authorisation from the Business Manager prior to finalisation and arranging reciprocal credit notes from suppliers where needed; updating management spreadsheets and keeping control of the invoicing processes; in particular maintaining the consultant document control such that this is kept up-to-date and accurate and ensuring all processes are completed as quickly and accurately as possible; filing of consultant and client invoices/correspondence; dealing with queries from suppliers, clients and liaising with other staff members across the business on a daily basis to clear queries and complete processes; running finance errands; supporting the FC, Credit Controller and Finance Manager with ad hoc duties from time to time. The individual must have good communication skills both verbal and written as well as good organisational skills to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. The candidate must be educated to degree level. Experience in a finance role would be a bonus.
