Finance Manager
Band 8B, £45,254 – £55,945, Basingstoke
The Finance department is seeking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will provide a comprehensive financial and business development service to a Clinical division. Leading the team you will deliver sound business and financial advice to Operational Managers and Clinicians that are focused on the challenges ahead.
Excellent interpersonal, team, leadership and communication skills will be required to enable you to fully support the business planning process within your division and to fulfil your role on the Divisional Board.
The ideal candidate will be CCAB qualified and looking for an opportunity to develop further. You will need to work within tight deadlines, work under considerable pressure and posses a real drive to succeed.
