Job description
Sheridan Maine is recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and diverse Basingstoke based business. This is a broad Finance Manager position with elements of reporting, planning, financial control, analysis and commercial decision support. Our client is willing to consider candidates who are already working in a similar role in industry, or you may be seeking your move from a top Practice. A key focus of this role is to develop marketing and pricing capabilities to grow the current portfolio and maintain the EBIT position. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to drive and manage change, illustrate a commercial mindset and manage and communicate with staff effectively. The role is responsible specifically for the following, monthly management accounting, forecasting and budgeting, develop a fundamental understanding of the key drivers within the business, provide decision support to Managers including developing and challenging complex business cases, contribute to the development of business strategy including challenging pricing strategy, financial controls, financial processes balance sheet and cash flow management, reporting and forecasting, staff management of three direct staff members.
