Job description
This rapidly growing organisation based near Bath is currently recruiting a Finance Manager/Business Analyst to support the Senior Management team and act as second line support to the Head of Finance. This is a very varied role that will coordinate the month end process, supervising the work of the transactional team, producing timely month-end reports and running year end and half year end accounting. This role will proactively lead process and IT developments as well as acting as Business Partner to the many different stakeholders and cost centres within the business, providing them with ad hoc value-add financial analysis to aid them to grow the business. You will be a qualified Accountant with strong IT and Excel skills who is able to manage multiple priorities, conveying information clearly verbally and in writing. You will preferably have experience within a customer focused/service industry with the ability to liaise at all levels of the organisation. This is an exciting role for a qualified Accountant looking for the next step to expand their skill-set within an all-round Finance Manager role.
