Job description
Working for a business with a reputation for quality and exceptional customer service, our client is a market leader within its field. In a stable position despite tough economic times, this should be seen as an excellent opportunity to join an exciting local employer. As a business currently looking to recruit a pivotal role within their Accounts function they are seeking an ambitious Passed Finalist or qualified individual with industry experience to ensure their financial and statutory reporting requirements are met. As well as this, candidates should be comfortable with producing Tax and VAT reporting information for use at group level. Ideal candidates will either have experience of or be confident managing a small team, including mentoring and developing them through their qualifications. The company will offer significant progression opportunities and candidates should expect to move roles within a year to 18 months. Ideal candidates will be of graduate calibre, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be a proactive personality and able to work independently. Key skills will include: reporting of financial information, specifically Tax & VAT, statutory accounts support, financial planning, reporting and compliance.
