Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join this growing company in a key position within their Management team. Reporting to the FD, the successful person will lead a Management Accounting team to provide value added financial information, forecasting and budgeting. Responsibilities will include reporting on business performance, providing information on variance causes and information to support strategic business decision-making. To be successful you need to be a qualified Accountant with experience of managing multi Functional teams. You will have a good technical accounting background and will have progressed latterly into commercial accounting. With a strong academic background you need to have a can-do, proactive attitude. Coupled with this, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and be a natural problem solver.
