Job description
My client is a private-equity backed, rapidly expanding, international Software business. They now seek a Finance Manager. As the Finance Manager you will lead a small team and you will be responsible for preparing the financial statements and management accounts for all of the companies within the group, as well as the consolidation of group accounts for presentation to the board. You will also be involved in preparation of all tax computations and liaison with compliance consultants. You may already be an Accountant in industry, or alternatively you may be looking to take your step into industry with consolidation experience from Practice. You must be a self- starter and be an experienced Manager, as well as being able to take ownership. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an excellent management and will have a high level of contact with both the MD and the CFO. Strong presentation skills are essential.
