Job description
A unique opportunity has arisen to join this high end retailer based in Central London in their fast growing Finance team. My client is a well recognised name in the industry and has various locations globally with an every increasing presence in Europe. As Finance Manager you will report directly into the European FD with a variety of responsibilities. Initially your role will focus on Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and ad hoc projects with the opportunity to become involved in VAT and tax issues. As the team continues to grow you will be encouraged to create a suitable working environment and team for this business to continue thriving. This will naturally result in your responsibilities altering slightly in order to delegate some of your workload. You will be a fully qualified Accountant with an internationally recognised Accountancy qualification. Candidates with a Retail/Wholesale background will be preferred in this instance as will candidates with an ACA background. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential to this role as is a passion for the industry. Applicants of all ages are encouraged and appointment will be made on merit alone.
