Job description
A market leading blue chip company is seeking an inspirational Finance Manager to join a high profile team. As a key business partner to senior heads of business, the role includes: partnering the senior business heads within various business units to understand their business drivers, critical analysis that will lead to the identification of programmes/major change initiatives; leading and delivering major aspects of strategic improvement and change initiatives; developing excellent relationships with key internal customers for ongoing improvement initiatives, business planning, business case creation. You will come from a large, complex environment where you will have played a lead role in identifying and executing business improvement/change management. With strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills combined with a high degree of intellectual horsepower and influencing skills, you will have worked in a consultancy/business partnering capacity to the business. This is a high profile role with executive management exposure and a high degree of group wide influencing and interaction.
