Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to work for an expanding National Distribution company based near Stockport. Reporting to the Group FC, you will manage a team of 8 clerical staff which includes credit control, accounts payable and Financial Analysts. Primarily you will be expected to prepare the management accounts; reviewing accruals, preparing accounts for closing, reviewing month end journals and preparing statutory accounts. Ideally candidates will be at Finalist level of CIMA/ACCA, qualified or overseas equivalent. You must also have: management accounts experience and you must also have managed a Finance team. In return, you will receive a 6-8 month contract, free parking and a competitive salary.
