Job description
Our client is a privately owned business, operating largely within the Aerospace industry providing outsourced supply chain management and maintenance and engineering services. They are now looking for a Finance Manager to replace the retiring Accountant. The new role will encompass a variety of tasks and include monthly management accounts using Sage Line 50, cash flows, dealing with the bank/invoice finance company, managing debtors/creditors, liaison with suppliers re contract terms, wages, job costing, some purchasing support, etc. You will report to the Chairman and be capable of working autonomously with a hands-on style. There is a small team at head office and it is therefore crucial to be able to play your part in such an environment, be flexible, possess good interpersonal and communication skills and be keen to be an integral part of a growing and successful business. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a stable work environment with plenty of challenge and a blue chip customer base.
