Job description
A medium-sized Manufacturing organisation requires a self-motivated, experienced Management Accounts Finance Manager. The organisation is undertaking a significant period of growth and change of process. The FD will be leading this change and requires an experienced, qualified finance professional to manage the day-to-day functions (management accounts, financial accounts, systems implementations and process change) and develop the existing team. Candidate must be qualified with some degree of manufacturing experience (bill of materials and costings being essential), have an easy going unflappable nature and have experience of culture and process change.
