Job description
My client, a well-respected and established business, offers an opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager. The company is in the process of implementing an ambitious and exciting growth plan and therefore is looking to strengthen the Finance team accordingly. Responsibilities will include maintaining all statutory accounting records using Sage Line 50, sales & purchase ledger, nominal ledger applications, VAT, processing of expenses and invoices, weekly and monthly payroll and checking bank information on a daily basis for direct credits and abnormalities. You will have a hands-on approach and need to be conversant and competent with Sage Line 50. This is a permanent position for an individual to add value in a challenging environment. Candidates must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent, it is essential that you are comfortable in communicating confidently at all levels especially to non-financial individuals.
