Job description

With a turnover of £30M, a successful highly acquisitive organisation, has an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join the business as number 2 to the Financial Director. The role offers a broad remit of responsibility that will involve the Management of 2 people; the production of the Management Accounts and the statutory accounts; costings; cash management; forecasting; budgeting; and ad hoc project work. You will also help provide commercial decision support for operational managers. Preferred applicants will be a qualified accountant. You will be a commercially astute and determined individual, able to meet deadlines and manage priorities. This is a high profile role within an owner managed business and as such represents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience in a successful and growing organisation.
