Job description
Bookkeeper/Property Management:- Our client is a small £1m private company in East/North East London with operations in Property and Publishing, seeking an experienced and accomplished Bookkeeper / Accountant / Finance Manager for an all round role that stretches beyond just accounts. As Bookkeeper / Accountant / Finance Manager, you will be responsible for purchase ledger, payments, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, cash management, payroll journals, PAYE, VAT returns, credit control and all day to day aspects of Sage Line 50 for both companies. You will also be responsible for, or assist the part-time FD with, the preparation of Management Accounts and month end journals. Beyond accounts, you will also liaise with commercial tenants regarding property management issues, rent and utilities etc. A diligent experienced bookkeeper / accountant / finance manager is required, good with Sage and Excel, comfortable in a sole charge role, reporting to a part time FD, as well as directly to the MD.
