Job description
My client is a multimillion-pound market leader, which has seen an impressive period of growth over the past few years. The business is now at a point where it needs an experienced Finance Manager to deliver the financial controls for all aspects across the Property and Facilities division. You will provide business decision support on safety, cost, quality & delivery with appropriate analysis and scenario modelling, and will be responsible for the departments’ financial planning, analysis and projects. You will work closely with the Property and Facilities Commercial Finance team ensuring that the departments’ targets are delivered and Sarbanes-Oxley controls are complied with. You must be CIMA qualified or equivalent with demonstrable experience in a management accounting role with prior experience of staff management. Experience of working with Oracle is beneficial as is an advanced knowledge of Excel and Access. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
