Job description
My client is a market leading company operating within the facilities services & outsourcing sectors. They are now looking to recruit a talented individual to the role Finance Manager. Within the role you will have responsibility for the reporting activity within assigned contracts. This will cover monthly reporting and analysis to facilitate better decision-making, budgeting, forecasting and planning, financial control, financial systems development and acting as a key point of liaison with the client. You will also manage a team of 3 direct reports and act as deputy to the Operations Director. To succeed in the role you will be a qualified Accountant with a strong track record of achievement within a commercial environment. Excellent communication and client facing skills are essential as is the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. Prior experience within a support services or outsourcing environment would be advantageous.
