Job description
Pursuit Finance Ltd is pleased to be working exclusively with our Essex/London based client in the recruitment of a Company Accountant/Director Designate. Having grown successfully over the last 20 years, the business continues to develop and maintain its strong client relationships and contracts. Their reputation precedes them and this provides the mainstay for their success and growth. Due to a succession-planning programme, they now seek an outstanding Accountant to join their team with a view to becoming a Director and board member in time. Whilst the overall job duties are conducive to that of any Company Accountant's role, the opportunity presents itself as a 'blank canvas’, which affords the candidate to make an impact on the business and its strategic direction. The successful candidate will come from the construction industry and will have a sound knowledge of this sector and its legal reporting requirements. Previous systems implementation would prove a distinct advantage, together with a good working knowledge of Sage Line 200 and MS Excel (to an advanced level).
