Job description
Kennedy Pearce is currently recruiting for a FTSE listed international business based in Central London. As a direct result of their continued expansion they are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to work in their head office and act as Business Partner for their global functions. The role will conduct extensive analysis of performance trends, provide data modelling to support global function initiatives, provide extensive variance analysis and prepare reports for the board. The successful candidate will independently manage and coordinate a team of two Analysts and be a member of their fast track succession planning. They will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a solid reporting background coupled with proven business partnering skills.
