Job description
Working for an established client based in Gloucester, this role is for a fixed-term period of 12 months with an immediate start. As Finance Manager, you will support the FC in all aspects of IFRS and US GAAP reporting. Your key responsibilities will include: production and reporting of monthly and quarterly US GAAP results including analysis; corporate management reporting; producing and monitoring financial plans in IFRS format; designing a robust reconciliation reporting process which meets US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements; supporting the transition from GAAP to IFRS reporting; supporting the evolving business structure. To be considered, you will be a fully qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with post-qualified experience. You will have a good grounding in Financial Services along with strong working knowledge of both US/UK GAAP and IFRS. In person, you will have excellent communications skills, strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
