Job description
A market leading Business Services provider with a global presence is going through further growth within their Finance department and as a result is looking to recruit a Finance Manager within their Hertfordshire Head Office. They will report to the FD and work cross functionally with the Senior Management team and be responsible for leading and developing a team, budgeting and forecasting requirements for revenue and margins, trend and variance analysis and review of financial performance of the business. They will also be the day to day decision support to the FD for all Operations issues, and work closely with them to assess cost saving and business development opportunities. The successful candidate will be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong academics and progressive experience gained within a large company environment. Operational experience beneficial.
