Job description
Are you a qualified Financial Accountant with leadership skills and experience within a Shared Service Centre? Would you enjoy heading up a large General Ledger team? If you are immediately available for a contract and in person, are approachable and personable with strong inter-personable skills, then this role could be your next ideal career move. The chosen person will earn a bonus and benefits package with basic salary. You’ll be supporting a business that is a household name and well regarded within a maternity cover role. Key accountabilities will incorporate managing the month end financial reporting to group, managing statutory and audit issues, over seeing balance sheet reconciliations, controls and identifying risks. Furthermore, monitoring KPIs and coaching the team to develop a high performing function. A hand over period has been planned for, to ensure a smooth transition into the position.
