Job description
This client is a well established and highly successful business services group. At an exciting stage in its development, the company now wishes to appoint a Finance Manager to join their team. Working closely with the Divisional Director and GFC the key responsibilities are: leadership and development of a finance function, managing a team of 6, ensuring efficient reporting, control and planning thereby creating a value-added team; delivery of improved costing, financial and budgeting disciplines across all operational areas of the business; evaluation of commercial plans and proposals There are a number of projects to get involved with. This role is a good mix of both business partnering and line management. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, most likely from a services environment, commercially astute with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
