Job description
A fast growing Service business in the Lancashire region is currently looking for a high calibre qualified Accountant to join its head office Finance team. This is a rare opportunity to join a business with aspirations to float within the next 5 years and true potential for career progression for the right candidate. The role will involve: producing the monthly divisional board pack along with variance analysis and supporting commentary; liaising with senior management regarding both short and long-term budgets and forecasts; commercial involvement with strategy for the division; management of division Finance team. The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and a qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with ability to produce meaningful management information and articulate this to senior management, both financial and non-financial. Advanced Excel skills and the drive for continuous development are also essential.
