Job description
Formed in 2000, our client designs and delivers networking hardware, software, and 24/7 managed systems that transform how their customers work. They operate internationally across a broad range of markets in both the public and private sectors. An opportunity has now arisen for a Finance Manager to join its team. Reporting directly to the FD, as a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Finance department. You will be responsible for preparing key monthly accounts and reconciliations including purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank assets and closing journals. You will also manage the company insurance, benefits and the monthly cash flow. Your duties will include: managing the sales ledger and purchase ledger; acting as the escalation point for overdue debtors or items in dispute; liaising with third party companies providing payroll services; supporting other members of the back office in complex transaction processing. To be considered for this position, you must have: a recognised accounting qualification, such as an ACCA, CIMA or ACA; previous financial management experience, preferably in the IT industry.
