Job description
A multi-site FMCG business urgently recruiting for a qualified Accountant to join on a 3 month interim basis, with the possibility of a permanent appointment, to act as the Finance Manager for the East Midlands operation. To be considered you must be a qualified Accountant with previous experience of operating as the No.1 finance person on site, preferably from an FMCG background, and be comfortable getting involved with all areas of finance and payroll. Your experience must cover sales, purchase, general ledgers and fixed asset maintenance as well as monthly management reporting and statutory requirements. This is an autonomous role requiring a competent, reliable and technically advanced Accountant with strong IT skills. The business is looking to make an appointment to the interim requirement as soon as possible, and so you must be available at short notice.
