Job description
Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a leading Leicester based PLC business. The role is based at the firm head office, which is located on the edge of the city - which is easily commutable from Coventry, Nottingham and Northamptonshire. The role: the role of the Finance Manager will be to manage a team of six staff, who coordinate the reconciliations and cash inflows for the business. The supervisor’s role will also cover the key reporting of cash management, financial analysis, P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have managed a team of a similar size and will have also have had extensive accounting exposure. Although a formal accounting qualification is not required for this role, it would be beneficial to be studying for either CIMA or ACCA or be keen to do so.
