Job description
Our client, a growing international Manufacturing business, is seeking an operational focused Finance Manager to join its team. Reporting to the FD, you will take responsibility for the reporting of the site performance, analysis of factory variances and development and implementation of KPIs for the site. You will be responsible for standard costing, liaising with non-finance colleagues to improve site performance. You will be a commercially aware qualified Finance Manager with a background in the manufacturing sector. You will be able to motivate and energize a team.
