Job description

Our client is leading telecommunications company and due to growth they're looking to recruit a finance manager for their Central London head office. The Finance Manager: will take responsibility for the leadership and co-ordination of all financial and commercial matters relevant to the Learning & Development Centre Of Excellence and will work as a trusted virtual team member, helping drive the unit forward in achieving its objectives. The Finance Manager will be actively involved in discussions relating to business and strategic planning and will influence decisions for the benefit of the business, constructively challenging decisions that are not aligned to the organisations strategic goals. The successful candidate will play a proactive role in developing the long-term strategy for the unit, influencing the Leadership Team, and driving the implementation of that strategy to optimise financial returns. You will need to be an effective communicator as there will! be regular interaction with GMs and Departmental Heads. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant CACA, ACCA or CIMA) who has a proven track record of delivering in a pressurised and fast moving environment.
