Job description
Our client is a force in UK Real Estate and Fund and Asset manages a £multibillion portfolio on behalf of various internal/external clients. They now require an ambitious and enthusiastic Chartered Accountant to join their Central Finance team. The role will entail managing several external JV companies and having oversight of their Finance teams and reporting and ensuring best practice and having commercial input where appropriate. The role will also project manage several areas including an international ‘wind-up’, VAT and tax matters including capital allowances and will support the Investment team with commercial issues eg restructurings. For the right candidate there is a potential associate ship in 12-18 months. To apply you will be an ACA from a medium or top-tier firm. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical accounting skills combined with commerciality and above average communication/presentations skills.
