The Role
Part Time - 20/25 hours per week (preferably over 5 days)

With our recent growth, we now require a commercially experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to be based at our HQ in Camden, London. Reporting to the FD and as a key part of a small team, the Finance Manager will be integral to the day-to-day running of the Finance function and elements of the role will include:

Financial Accounting: responsibility for the accuracy of accounting records and their compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Financial Systems, Processes and Procedures: define strategy, develop, implement and maintain the required processes and systems necessary for financial and business reporting.

Management: lead and develop team members. Provide support and work closely with other functions.

The Person

We are seeking a very special person with sound financial and accounting competencies, broad commercial acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The applicant will enjoy working within a multi cultural environment and be passionate about continuous improvement. Ideally, the applicant will have worked within a Manufacturing or Distribution company, with exposure to international business and have a second language. ERP experience will be an asset.
