Job description
A medium-sized Healthcare organisation seeks a Finance Manager to engineer significant process improvement within its Finance department for a period of four to five months (with the possibility of a permanent role). Following the unexpected growth of the company over the past year an initial review concerning the efficiency of the department is needed. The candidate will be responsible for restructuring and implementing coherent procedures where necessary in line with UK GAAP and producing user-friendly reports for senior management. The role will also include aspects of team development and staff training amongst other ad hoc duties. The suitable candidate will be CA/ACMA qualified or equivalent and have strong project experience within this field. Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sector is highly desirable as is a solid background in both financial and management accounts. To apply, please send CV to LUR 130080.
